Tattoo artist, sculptor of stylized Elvis busts and virgin Mary statues, possessor of one of the world’s best haircuts, and one of my good friends, Derek Hendrickson stopped by my studio recently so that I could make a long overdue portrait of him that we had been talking about for some time.
